The printings results are horrible. The colors are fading if I print more than 2 copies. For the price that I paid, it's robbery! I would NEVER buy again.

Cartridge leaked in the printer, which is causing black streaks on everything we print.

After a year of using this brand, the Magenta toner cartridge failed in my printer and floods or splatters on occasional prints, even if the document is in black and white. I contacted the company to uphold the warranty but the only recourse I was given was to send the toner back before getting a replacement, which means I'd be unable to use my printer for an undetermined time until they check the return. Unfortunately since I work from home and am homeschooling during this Covid pandemic, that is not an option for me. I do not recommend this brand if you require your printer on a daily basis and cannot afford any downtime.

Very bad color rendering with all four cartridges, no color vibrancy, excessive yellow/orange tinting (see image on right). Yellow was replaced under warranty - same issue. Bought a complete set, different brand, from another seller, and those came out perfect, see image on left (also much cheaper). Tried obtaining a refund on these cartridges, seller unresponsive. Am contacting credit card issuer for chargeback. Buyer beware.

Les couleurs sont vraiment atroces et le magenta tache les feuilles, même si j'imprime en noir, mieux vaut payer pour avoir des couleur HP... Très déçu, je m'étais fié au commentaires, mais bon, très déçu

We have ordered this combo two separate times. Both times they put yellow toner in the black ink box. We thought the first time was a mistake and would give it another try but unfortunately it was the same thing again.
