Far better compatible product than the compatible product I had purchased in the past from Competitors. These cartridges are not refurbished, do not jam up and are available at a cost savings to my firm. I will continue to order this product.

Not sure is it was the printer or the cartridges that caused the problem but thank goodness the printer was under warrenty. It seemed that the reconditioned cartridges are not very reliable for the machine, nor consistent in print capacity.
