Service pourri. Dix-sept jours après avoir reçu la commande et avoir informé le vendeur qu'un câble est défectueux, je n'ai toujours pas encore reçu d'autorisation pour retourner le produit défectueux NI de câble de remplacement. J'en commande un chez BestBuy aujourd'hui !!!

Frist and Last time ordering from this company....I ordered on Dec1st and notice I was Over charged so after days of going back and forth and going on Chat for over 10 hours with No Help I emailed 6 times finely it was supposed to be sent ….it is Now Dec.15th No item's and Again NO HELP OR REPLIES ON CHAT AND EMAILS...

Ordered this to use with with HDMI 2.0 video card but it doesn't seem to be able to handle the 4K specs.
