I haven't had to change the cartridges in my printer yet.

I’m giving it a 3 due to a few factors. Delivery was quick to the address. Both black and colour XL worked in the printer. What didn’t work was the levels of ink utilized on the printer and the quickly emptied yellow ink. I’ve been printing pictures of plants(green), I realize that the major colour used should be cyan and yellow. The printer shows all 3 colours at half full, but actually the yellow has completely run out! I have removed, shaken and then reset the cartridge, the printer read the ink levels all the same. (?) Still half full but printing shows there is no yellow! The price is fair, somewhat, - I am purchasing one more time maybe it is problem with this cartridge, refilling process? I did expect the colour yellow not to run out this quickly the amount of pages printed with large amounts of green were 3- 8x10 (one~ 75%. two~ 50%) 7 other pages were printed, with 10% or less. There were smaller amounts of red, yellow and orange used here and there. 10 pages of correct colour printed then cyan and magenta became the majority colours of the plants printed.

The quality of ink is good but I cannot seem to get any where near 200 prints from one of these cartridges.
