I cant really rate this product as I have not used it. It was not what I had thought it would be and is of no use to me. However it appears to be of excellent construction, a quality item, not junk.

Fonctionne... parfois. Mais je ne sais pas s'il s'agit d'un problème lié à ma source ou au câble. Quand il fonctionne, des lignes de couleurs apparaissent parfois au hasard sur l'écran.

This works but it skews the background colours on my second monitor. I have another hdmi to vga converter from prime cables that does not do this, but I like the all-in-one form factor of this one. Have not been able to figure out how to compensate for that in settings, but it does not really bother me. Some might find it annoying though.

No fault of Shopper Plus, but it did not work properly. As a result, a refund was provided without issue. After sales service including e-mail communication was first rate!
