Imprime 12 pages et ne fonctionne plus, j’ai commandé pg245 Xl et on m’envoie pgl245 xl ?????? On me l’as échanger avec argumentations et suspicions,en plus reçu encore la pgl245xl dans une boîte ouverte avec articles manquants, WoW quel traitement pour les membres privilège . On repasseras pour les privilèges.

Le niveau de l'encre est un peu plus que la moitié. Le cartouche n'était pas rempli comme il faut.

The first cartridge that I used gave me the no ink signal on the second day. I don't have any of the buttons that the little note said to use, so I had to change it for the next one. It has been in 1 wk, so we will see how that goes. But, I won't risk ordering this one again, I will get the name brand product. Heather

First cartridge had a very poor printing quality. Will see if replacement has the same problem.
