Print quality is good for office use. Major complain I got is the time to first page print that is a little longer than what I am used to.

Great budget printer,I use it in my office where printing is not often necessary.The ppm is on the lower side,and it takes a bit of time to get the first printed.However it is definitively worth because of the toner price from the mustache brand and its operating cost.

Overall, so far, the product is doing what it was intended to do. It has scanning, faxing, copying, printing abilities and has multiple options on how the file can be scanned and saved on your computer. Setup is relatively straightforward but takes a bit of time. I had to setup 6 computers but once done once, easy thereafter. The order was received in a timely manner and was delivered in the range of dates that was given. There was no mistakes in terms of what was ordered. Only thing about this printer that I wish I had checked for was the ability to scan/copy two sided documents. It prints two sided but not scan/copy. Overall, for the price paid and what it does, we are happy with it so far.
