      The contacts were dirty and as a result, the printer did not work. This is second occurrence.

        J'ai reçu l'imprimante vraiment rapidement. L'imprimante s'est installée partout sans problème. La qualité d'impression est très bonne. Par contre, celle-ci avait un problème majeure, elle n'imprimait pas, les feuilles, avant quelle soit éteinte et repartie. Donc invivable comme situation et ceci à partir de 3 postes différents soit de Windows 10, Windows 7 et Android. Le service au téléphone a été rapide. On me demande de la retourner et on me paie le transport, rien à dire, parfait. La ou je questionne et que je trouve inaceptable c'est qu'ils se donnent 8 jours et + pour la vérifier. Donc je n'aurai pas d'imprimante pendant 15 jours minimum. J'ai commandé le 10 février, je reçu l'imprimante le 12 février, très rapide. Elle est reparti UPS le 15 et on me dit qu'il l'on reçu le 22, très douteux. On est le 27 et on ne l'a toujours vérifiée. Peut-être pas avant vendredi le 1 fév. Alors pour le service de remplacement, c'est anormalement lent.

          OK, I had bought this All-in-One printer given the price. However this is horrible printer. I have to scan one page and it never worked. I spent hours and hours to scan without any luck. I am an IT guy so please don't say I don't know the things. The problem is the scan application just hangs. I saw few problems here. When you install the driver with wireless, it can't configure the printer with WiFi 5G. It works only on 2.4G. So if you have single band 5G then GOD save you. I have dual band so I connected my laptop with 2.4G and configured the printer. When I scan, most of the time it says scanner not connected, some times if you are lucky it is able to connect, but when you scan, it hungs during scanning between 0% and 80% and never complete the scanning. See the pictures attached. I have been struggling to get one page scanned from past 2 hours without any luck. I tried to restart laptop, wifi, printer, uninstall and reinstall drivers/package, connected through USB wire without any luck. Looks like I had bought a headache rather a printer. Very disappointing. Sending it back. Sadly Sopper+ deduct 20% restocking. Supper disappointing. Looks like the +ve reviews are either paid or they didn't try the scanner.

          This has to be worst All-in-One printer in this class. 1. Wireless keeps on disconnected. 2. Application on computer hangs. 3. There is no way you can scan multiple documents into a single pdf. If you are to scan a 10 page document, you will end up creating 10 different pdf. Not good. 4. Scanner application is very bad. 5. Very poor build quality. 6. Printer is just OK. 7. Still not able to get the issues resolved. Wish I had bought Canon or Brother.

            Very poor quality, be aware the warranty is only 30 days. The printer can not handle a request to print a multi page document. Will show paper jamb with no paper actually jambed. Will indicate no cartridge when cartridge installed. Very inconsistent and frustrating if you are a small business and need reliability.
