I ordered this on dec 11 it said shipped right away but have yet to receive this item or any correspondence regarding it

vraiment dangereux pour des bb chiot le miens a rester pris j’ai crue qui allais mourir

Firstly, one of the 4 rods was missing, so I had to fashion another way to close the 4th corner using zip ties. Also our puppy immediately went through the holes in the front gate portion rendering the enclosure completely useless until he grows bigger.
