The glossy was ok but I’m more upset at the fact that none of the sheets were cut straight or evenly some were 4x6 some more and some way less

I believe this negative review has been resolved by 123Ink.ca shipping a replacement for the damaged cartridge that I received first (appreciated). The damaged cartridge has a loose rubber ink nozzle that although the cartridge seems full it will not dispense ink. It is twisted in its base and is completely unserviceable. I will attach picture here as I did with my first email. I also offered to send the cartridge back to 123Ink.ca but the answer to that was that they were mailing out to me a replacementt.

Very low quality paper. The surface scratches really easily and the colors are very dull. Would not recommend.

I honestly don’t j is where all the positive reviews are coming from. This paper is super thick and very prone to surface scratches. When viewing the glossy paper at an angle you can see many scratches. When printing with the same settings, comparing the print on this paper to a brand name paper this paper is very dull and washed out in comparison. I wouldn’t even recommend this for home use. Spend the extra and get a brand name paper.

This 68lb. paper just will NOT work on my new Epson printer; I don't get it. Thanks anyway.
