I also purchased HP XL magenta, cyan and yellow cartridges and the problem is the same as for the blk cartridge.

I bought this HP 564XL BLK cartridge but it does not print the document. Attached file shows what is printed.

At least for Canon dye ink printers, this paper produces terrible results. The colours are dull and the blacks are greyish and purpleish. Canon and Epson papers work perfectly.

Please don’t wast your money with this product. It leaks and has completely ruined my printer. It also leaked on to my white desk. I have tried many non hp ink cartridges. But this one is the worst and made me realize how important it is to choose well.

Cartridge did not work on my HP printer 3520 I called customer service two times and I was promised that a replacement ink cartridge will be shipped to me for my defective cartridge ! It's two weeks now and I am very frustrated In this day and age I cannot believe you treat your customers this way ! Please deliver a replacement or credit my account I shouldn't have to chase you guys like this Just to be clear , I was promised by two of your CS agents that a replacement cartridge is being sent to me and that I should receive a confirmation email - well guess what, no email,no replacement cartridge and no follow up VERY DISSAPOINTED with your poor service !
