I bought a spool of this two years ago and it was excellent. Recently bought another and it's vastly different. The plastic + separator in the centre used to be rigid enough to push the cable through right spots and prevent twisting, now it's essentially paper, no rigidity at all. The cable twists frequently when doing long runs which is very annoying. The outer casing is a bit more rigid to make up for it but that just makes stripping a bit more difficult. The wire works fine, but I wouldn't buy it again.
