I am a happy customer who has ordered from Shopper Plus a number of times for my laser jet printer. They always met my expectations with low cost and consistent performance. Last week I ordered two ink jet cartridges for my brother-in-law's printer. They arrived ahead of time and were exactly what he was looking for. Unfortunately, when he opened the colour ink cartridge, he accidentally tore off something that said "do not remove" (or something similar). I knew it was a long shot, but I asked if I could return it and receive another cartridge? They sent it in perfect condition, and it was only defective due to our own incompetence. :) They shipped us a new one anyway. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Excellent produit, qui m'a été livré dans un boîtier qui confirme la compatibilité de la cartouche avec mon modèle d'imprimante. Si je prends la peine de le préciser, c'est parce que cela me semble important, vu que le boîtier d'une AUTRE cartouche que j'ai commandée en même temps (NC-RPG245XLBK) contredit de son côté la compatibilité qui avait été annoncée sur le site. C'est beaucoup plus rassurant quand il n'y a pas de contradiction!

Excellent product, just as good as Canon cartridges only paid less money. Wood recommend.
