The black cartridge chip died, unrecognizable by the printer TS3420. The color one works fine. The printer throw error code P10 as soon I load the black cartridge in; defective.

J'ai reçu 2 cartouches de noir et 2 cartouches couleur pour mon imprimante canon 3400 et elles impriment soit ligné bleu ou ligné vert. Quand j'ai acheté l'imprimante il n'y avait pas ce problème. Aucun problème avec l'impression en noir et blanc. J'espère que vous regardez les commentaires car j'aimerais avoir un appel ou courriel pour de l'aide ou assistance. The wrong address got put on the package and it was a hassle to receive it. Upon using the ink for the first time, I noticed that it only had blue ink. No amount of nozzle declogging or print aligning would help as there was no magenta or yellow ink in the cartridge. I will not be buying ink from here again.

Ordered these several times and have always been happy. This time, not so much. Haven't needed the black yet, but the colour does not work, even after attempting print head cleaning and deep cleaning. Deep cleaning results in a printer error. Had to go out to buy another colour cartridge and it works without issue.
