unfortunately the printer would not recognize the cartridges,had purchased before with no issues, refund was granted.

I have purchased this product before and have had no issues in the past however, this last batch has been slightly problematic with compatibility with the HP printer. The packaging is different that what I have typically received with this specific product so I'm not sure what has changed, but my printer is not happy about it.

Unfortunately, the black cartridge stopped print after just a few pages, The printer says it is full but nothing comes out.

HP is bent upon to defeat the use of refilled Cartridges at last. The Mustache refilled cartridges, therefore, have become nonuse able. It is such a shame, that HP keeps selling the same ink at twice the price. My printer is not that old for to be thrown into the garbage bin.

Colour works fine, but black is defective, would not print with any quality, purchased new cartridge and it works fine. I have purchased this product in the past and it was always good value, but I'm disappointed this time

I am normally a very happy customer. But I had very disappointing results with the 63 XL coloured cartridge. it was place into my printer which I had used with this cartridge. When I return a few days later to do more printing the cartridge a leaked all over the inside of the ink carriage and destroyed my printer. Sadly the printer had to be removed.
