Canpar attempted three times to deliver the order. All three times were unsuccessful because the deliveries were after 7PM when the office building was closed.. Now Canpar wants me to pick up the order. Can't you find another shipper that delivers during normal business hours?

The product itself is fine. The problem with this was that the order was not processed because the product was not available When I ordered it was to be shipped in 1 to 4 business days. It was shipped nine (9) business days and two weekends later (a total of 13 days) .I had to incur costs and time to remedy my printing problems caused by Shopper+. I will be contacting them about this.

When compared to Moustache regular cartridges, they are garbage quality. Trying to print labels, you run the sheet three times to print single labels, then throw rest of sheet out as it is to dark, from ink, to use.

This particular product is not the best cartridge, it leaves a black/greyish residue on the page. This is a first for me, over this product is great. I like to think this batch was a lemon batch!

this is second time i bought.this time as soon as I put a new one and after test print,ink low light on and can not reset it. And way less pages print too.not very happy like the first order
