Très mauvaise qualité des cartouches, je n'ai utilisé jusqu'à présent la jaune et à chaque impression, elle laisse des traces de type "coulée d'encre" sur les feuilles.

J'ai communiqué avec le service après vente on m'envoie un courriel pour me dire de brasser mes cartouches.. mais c'est stupide et ça ne marche pas N'ACHETEZ PAS CE SONT DES CARTOUCHES USAGÉS et ça FAIT DE LA MERDE !! je veux me faire remboursé et ils mettent ça compliqué pour RIEN ! ! MON IMPRIMANTE QUI A TOUJOUR FONCTIONNER À MERVEILLE FLASH DE PARTOUT ...et ELLE CAPOTE
