Bought product, at first I was very hesitant, I wasn't sure about purchasing the printer cartridge online (normally don't buy online). Read reviews of others about product and then talked to Chat line person about warranty. After my chat, decided to purchased the product. It arrived well within the days stated for shipping time. Installed product and it worked great . Very pleased with the service and will use again when I require cartridge for my other printer. I also recommend the site to others.

Excellent value. Works as expected. To prevent damage during transit, the cartridge was packaged better than typical non-oem toner cartridges.
