I use a label printer for labels in file folders that mirror each label so you can have one label marking the top of every file folder which doesn't matter if title is on left or right side of each folder. I love the variety of bright colors and use each color for specific files to make specific content such as 3 levels of government, municipal, provincial, and federal government.

I love the variety of colors. I prepare tax returns for friends and relatives and, I have the documentation for two to four clients on my desk at any given time and, the colors help to keep track of clients.
