je commande ces cartouches depuis plusieurs années, et je n'au jamais eu de problèmes, cette fois j'au incéré la cartouche Majenta , car l'imprimante me demandait de remplacer la cartouche vide. une fois la cartouche incérée , l'imprimante a complété la procédure habituelle , consistant à préparer la nouvelle cartouche. une fois la procédure terminée l'imprimante a montré un message: une ou plusieurs cartouches semblent endommagées, retirez les et remplacez-les par des cartouches neuves (le message montrait la couleur majenta. J'ai ensuite changé toutes les autres couleurs par des cartouches neuves Moustache, Le même message revenait sur l'écran de l'imprimante, montrant la couleur majenta. Merci pour le remboursement

First cartridge was leaking in the packaging. The replacement cartridge works but smudges when printing on both sides of the paper.

Both cartridges reported error on my printer. I am not able to use my printer. Can you please send replacements asap.

Je ne peux pas utiliser ce produit car mon imprimante ne reconnait pas la cartouche . Vous m'avez envoyé également une cartouche noir 950xlbk pour remplacer mon ancienne et mon imprimante me signale que la cartouche est vide. Je ne comprend pas . On dirais que la puce ne fonctionne pas. Avant le changement de cartouche tout allais bien. Pouvez -vous m,aider à résoudre le problème. tél:819-847-1734

I can't get my printer to print black anymore since I installed this cartridge. Checked all my settings. Nothing works. Never buying this again.
