This item was ordered at the same time with my other order. It was the wrong cartridge. I am not sure whether I ordered wrongly or whether it was a mistake by the shipper. Not serious. Always impressed with how quickly the orders are delivered. Thanks.

The product itself is great so far. My only issue was the original order was lost by Canada Post and never arrived so I called in and they said they would have to investigate would take 5 business days. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. I had to phone them back twice to see what was happening I finally said, either you can express ship me my order now or give me a refund. They processed another order and it was here within the week. Thank you for that. So far I have no complaints other then the experience that happened.
