        Never saw paper like this that you would print on the rough side. Usually the proper side is smooth. Colours are not bright. Would not buy again

          I returned the two packages of this photo paper. The texture of the coating wasn't at all like the top-grade satin papers I expected. The surface was quite rough, and the coating pattern was strange... made up of small hexagonal layers that were quite visible from a couple of feet away, and made the picture look fuzzy. Not at all what I expected.

              I purchased two black ink cartridges. The printer cannot recognize one of them. I just need to open another black ink. It will cost me more if I choose to return the ink cartridge.
