I installed a newT078120 cartridge and immediately received a note saying that the cartridge was incompatible with the printer. I took out and replaced the cartridge at least six times and cleaned the contacts as directed as per the website suggestions - all to no avail. I then had to replace the cartridge with another new one. The exact same thing occurred when I next tried to replace the yellow cartridge. I now have 2 useless cartridges.

It seems to be illed with less ink than the others. Its the second yellow cartridge that is running out faster than the others.
