Not impressed with this product. I suppose I should have expected this, but the product is fairly thick, so when installing under the toilet seat, it caused the far edge of the seat to float an inch above the rim. I was able to solve this by placing two thick plastic washers between the bidet and the seat. The spraying mechanism itself seems to work well, but the other issue is the T valve leaks. I have tried multiple methods, hand tighten only, tighten with wrench, still leaks. The area that leaks is not where the t valve meets the thread on the toilet, but just below that, where the valve branches off. I am using the provided washer, and in the proper direction. Overall this product has caused more headaches than it is worth.
