First time I tried these were while travelling in Japan. Many on the market do for more $ but this name brand and model was the exact same as I tried at a friends place so decided to purchase the same. Hubby installed them last week. So far so good. One thing about installation we have one bathroom with a new one piece toilet so the bidet lifts the front seat up a bit but still works fine no issue. The other bathroom has an older toilet and sits perfectly. Will update if we come into issues.

really easy to install but i havent really used it to give an accurate assessment but all in all it seems to be a good purchase
