Nothing I order with Shopper+ had ever been right. Now this product was shipped with FedEx--who refused to deliver the whole package in front of my apartment suite doorstep. They are asking me to go out in public, do a non essential trip, and risk getting COVID 19 in spite of the recent Ontario lockdown measures. I am reporting this to the Ministry of Health and the Better Business Bureau.

Left product outside, this is the 2nd time this happen in one month! They even apologized the first time they did it and literally 4 days later they do it again.

These were terrible and died on me, received a refund so I am happy.

Output connector required constant lateral pressure to maintain a current. I submitted a complaint to support by email (as suggested by the website) but it was ignored.
