        Bought these speakers to gift someone in family. Tried to install it, found 1 speaker defective, abnormal output. Contacted customer service and customer service representative 2 times insisting for video or photo of defects! will pictures will reflect output problems of defective unit? I live 50 +Kms away where I tried to install speaker. Why Shoppers Plus wants me to drive back 50 Kms just to have pictures of defective item ? Please Stay away from Shoppers Plus!
