Ordered a box of 10; the initial shipment included several of the wrong style. I would have ignored it except one of the "wrong ones" didn't work! (also worth noting, the L/N wiring was reversed on the 2nd style of lights) Contacted customer service, replacements were shipped out the next day and a shipping label supplied to send the wrong ones back. Replacements arrived within a couple of days. They've been installed in my basement workshop for a few weeks now with no complaints. Keep in mind: You do need to remove the ballast and wire the tombstone directly to line voltage... be sure to note the polarity shown on the tube. Pins are clearly marked with L and N... while technically it shouldn't matter on A/C wiring, keep it simple and wire to match. Too bad the orientation of L/N isn't standardized between brands! Mark the tombstone to indicate pin polarity, so you don't have to verify later if you end up replacing tubes again. Lights have a 1s delay when you turn them on, then they are full brightness. These are a test in 10 fixtures before we upgrade the lighting in a shop... if they fail to perform I'll be sure to post it here!

These are easy to install and give a nice bright white light. There is a slight delay when turning them on.

Received ahead of schedule and was easy to hook up direct to 110Vac. Get rid of that ballast!!!
