    I have been using this keyboard for a week now and it really belongs to garbage. My life has become more complicated after using this. I am so frustrated after using this that I calm myself after yelling at my family. My marriage is falling apart due to this. Now its time I better write this review with this keyboard and throw it off. Cons cons cons: 1) Caps lock key will trigger shift key on for some reason 2) Shift key never goes off until you press it 5-6 times. 3) This keyboard starts using different characters which I didn't even press (I am a tech guy and I know where to edit keyboard settings but it's not that issue - it's purely hardware) 4) Due to this I have to edit many times before I write a single statement. To all buyers - PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS if you need a happy life!

      Purchased one for my daughter for christmas. The mouse operation on the screen was jittery and the only key on the keyboard that worked was the Windows start button key. Tried the suggestions here about reset for the keyboard. Ended up reseting it in the garbage with the Christmas tree New Years Day.

          I wasn't expecting much in the first place given it's price, but I was at least expecting a working product. The package came a few days late, which was honestly fine, but it DIDN'T come with the mouse pad and the 4-pack of AAA batteries listed on it's product page. Luckily I already had a mouse pad, but I had to go out and buy batteries because I didn't have any since it listed that it would come with them. Even after using fresh out of the box batteries, the keyboard would not work properly. Only a few keys (like the start button and the mute button) would work, the rest didn't do anything (and no, holding down Esc plus =+ did NOT work). Physically the keyboard was even missing the sticker that's supposed to go over the Num Lock, Caps LEDs. After a bit of fiddling i got the mouse to work, but it's straight up trash. It jumps every other second you're using it, and isn't very ergonimic. I can't even think of it as cheap anymore considering all the time I wasted waiting and trying to troubleshoot this plus the cost of the batteries that were supposed to come with this but didn't. I am DEFINITELY asking for a refund.
