since i put the product in my printer it's always detecting no ink in one of them….. either pink yellow or blue i take it off put it back couples of times always the same, did an alignment, did a head cleaning, turn the power of no way...just won't work!!!! Really discourgaging!!!

Ink went all over my deck when i was putting them in my printer. And there are not the best for photos not happy seeing i lost part of my ink when putting them in

The cartridges aren't compatible with my printer. Horrible experience with support people. The issue is still not resolved after 2 calls to support. They need to train customer support better. So far, it's been a terrible experience and now I can't use my printer.
