I ordered this ink. It was shipped immediately and I received it in 3 day! Unfortunately, my printer wouldn't accept it. I called the client care they emailed me a shipping label. I sent it back at no charge to me, they credited my credit card within 4 days of me putting it in the mailbox. Great customer service!! Would definitely recommend and use this service again.

Product arrived quickly. When opened the box , one of the Black cartridges leaked inside the packing which created quite mess and lost half of the ink. So far it's printing good.
