I replaced all 3 colors as well as the black. After a couple of attempts in removing the cartridges and putting them back in all the color cartridges took except for the black. The black still isn’t printing. I called in to let them know. It is over 1 week and still have not heard back after I responded to their email asking for details.

I went to install a black cartridge yesterday. When I removed the plastic tab, ink went everywhere, on the floor, chair, my hands and clothes. I did install the cartridge and it seems to be working fine but I have never had that happen with a cartridge before. Very difficult to clean up.This is the first time I have ordered the compatible cartridges.
