I paid for 2 pack. only received 1 in the pack and the pack was cut open in the back

Whoever wrote the specifications of this adapter were totally wrong, these adapters do not allow data transfer, they are strictly for charging purposes. Super misleading, my confidence in this website are dropping.

It's been 13 days since I ordered and I haven't received my product. I've contacted customer service twice and they just tell me it's in the mail. Seems like they don't care if I get my product and blame Canada Post. Canada Post has delivered me other parcels during this time from other retailers with no delay. So who knows if this product is any good because i don't have it.

I ordered two of these adapters and both were defective on arrival. The inner portion of the adapter popped out of its plastic shell upon inserting the micro usb cable into it, basically it fell apart. It is as if they forgot to glue the shell onto the device. You can see the results here https://imgur.com/a/8l7uYnJ, Right one shows what assembled adapter should look like, Left shows adapter with the shell removed.

Bought two but none of them works on my laptop and macbook. Not sure about those other reviews Let me see if I can return them
