the two incerts on the device the large one is for charging the phone in the car. what is the smaller one for? and what cable wire do I use it for a Samsung s4 with the smaller insert..very handy bought two my girlfriend loves it.

I bought this thinking that it was a 4A charger. It wasn't until I received it that I realized that it is only a 1A charger for USB-A (the one I use the most) and 3A for the USB-C (I don't have any devices that use that yet) So it may be a good charger but be aware that it is a relatively low powered micro USB adapter.
