Auparavant la marque Moustache avait des produits fort intéressants (je dirais jusqu'à il y a deux ans). Maintenant on dirait que ceux qui recyclent et remettent les cartouches en état sont négligents. Les cartouches sont arrivées avec de l'encre séchée à la sortie; elles n'avaient pas de chips électroniques alors l'imprimante ne le reconnaissait pas. Idem avec les cartouches laser pour une imprimante HP couler CM1312 MFI, les cartouches ne durent pas plus de 500 à 600 pages plutôt que 2000 et plus auparavant. Il vaudrait mieux augmenter le prix de 1,5 fois et retrouver des produits fiables. C'est la dernière fois que j'achetais la marque Moustache. Dommage car depuis 4 ans, elle m'avait fait beaucoup économiser.

not working and have tried calling several times but no one answers call. the directions that come with the ink cartridges on how to make them work in an HP printer are so small even using a magnifying glass that magnifies the lettering cannot make them large enough to be seen

Doesn't work out of the box. Called customer support, told me to email in printer model and problem. One reply that told me to clean the chip on the ink cartridge which didn't do anything. Now a week later and after 2 follow up emails, still waiting for a resolution.

first i'm not a big user of the printer, i print a few pages per month. the ink cartridges installed fine (although HP software tells you there are not HP cartridges). Printing worked fine for a couple of month. After that color faded (ie cartridges are full but blue prints comes out greenish) and black start to smear. definitely do not recommend
