black cartridge didn't work - generated "problem with ink system" message, didn't want to try the colored ones.

L'encre Ho932xl Bk ne fonctionne pas avec mon imprimante HP office6600 ! je ne sais pas pour quelle raison rien ne fonctionne j'ai du aller au magasin acheter de l'encre car la votre ne veut pas fonctionner .. j'ai téléphoné à deux reprises et personnes ne donne signe de vie .. désolée mais depuis le temps que je fais des achats chez vous et que je vous réfère à tous le monde famille , amis .. c'est terminé je vais plutôt leur dire que le service est pourri. merci

Ma cartouche magenta ne fonctionne pas. Est-ce que vous pouvez me la remplacer? Je viens tout juste de l’installer.

Cannot get the printer to work with these cartridges. Multiple reboots, re-installations and hours of other trickery would not coax my HP7610 to allow these cartridges to function.
