It was missing a part so I message them over 2 weeks ago and haven't received a reply or the part!

La vis permettant d'ajuster la hauteur est défectueuse, je ne peux serrer et donc fixer la hateur! L'attache retombe donc chaque fois sur la guitare...

Do NOT buy this stand, they no longer manufacture it correctly, there is a rubber piece missing that prevents the part holding the guitar at the bottom from sliding back and forth. If you use it your guitar my fall off as the bottom piece is no longer stable. I contacted customer support and they said they would update the pictures to reflect that this piece is now missing (as of now they still have not done that) - instead of sending me the missing pieces I was offered a tiny store credit of a mere fraction of what the stand costs - they said the stands no longer come with that piece anymore?!
