Ok for the price. It works for my small guitar nut id missing a tightening screw or nut for the bottom piece the guitar sits on. Could be s problem gor s bigger guitar.

Poorly constructed. It's good enough, but not better than barely good enough. Meets my expectations.

The part which holds the neck of the guitar easily falls down and does not lock in place. I had to tape it just so it would stay in place and hold my guitar.

Great size for guitars, a little too big for ukuleles ...

I was a bit disappointed it was so flimsy but the price is right. I have an electric bass guitar in it right now which is fairly heavy for this stand. I wouldn't want to bump into it since it might topple. This might be better for lighter acoustic guitars.
