          Not approved/passed safety for sale in Canada. Plug grew extremely hot to touch and lights smoked and burnt. FIRE HAZARD!

              I recommend that these lights be returned. Out of four sets ordered and installed two have failed flashing on/off then totally dark, I also smelt burnt plastic and found a LED shorted on each set. The shorted LED glowed red (like a burner on a electric stove) and those LEDs were to hot to touch. One set worked for two days and another for 5 min. As these sets are installed in my fresh cut Xmas tree they are going back.
