It came with scratches and dirt on it. It is obviously used before. I’ll return it.

The product description states, the scale is accurate to 5kg (5000g) in 1 gram increments. The one I received didn't sit flat on the surface & measured inaccurately. I used scientifically calibrated weights. It was accurate at 100g, 100g, 200g, 500g & 1000g, but when I placed 1900g on the scale, it read 1904g. A 4 gram error. When I placed the weights in a bowl to centralize the pressure, it measured at 2338g, not 2230g. An 8 grams error. I sent in the photos on Oct 2. The reply said that they would "coordinate with our Product specialist to check if item is defective". Oct 12, the product specialist replied, "Every scale has an accuracy range that exceeds this range and the error will become larger. This kind of scale that can be accurate to one gram should not exceed 1000 grams. The error of 1000-2000 grams is <5g, the error of 2000-4000 grams is <10g, 4000g-6000g error <20g" I replied, I never would have purchased this product if that information had been in the description. Not only is the scale defective, because it won't sit flat, but it also doesn't accurately measure as per the website description. I had requested a replacement previously, but now I just want a refund. Oct 27. I haven't received a replacement, nor a refund, nor any followup reply.

Does not weigh accurately. So it is not good for small amounts such as yeast.
