The product is excellent The service was excellent That said, when I asked for a refund on ink I had bought but not opened until recently I was informed there was nothing to be done Seriously it was a Moustache ink but I noted it does not work in my printer. I am not happy with how I was treated. I bought two 65XL cartridges and my money was wasted. I will not be satisfied until I at least get Credit for that purchase Bob Wiebe

OEM ink never seems to go on sale, but the price is still competitive with other on-line sites. Free shipping is a bonus!
