Delivery was on time and on schedule. However the cartridge had a missing electronic Chip. I tried to feed the old chip to new cartridge but won't fit properly. I end up use tape, cutting and carving the cartridge to fit the old chip in it. Now the status of the cartridge says "33% Toner left"!!! That means the "NEW" cartridge is 67% empty! Well, I won't recommend this product.
