I installed just one to test out the product. Installation is simple and takes about 20 ~ 30 minutes. The bidet works; BUT, the female spout does not spray in the right direction - it only sprays downward - SO I believe I have (at least) one defective item. As the second one it is going to be a gift so it won't get installed until much later. Too bad; I really like to use the bidet for it intended function. But I only got half as my wife will not be able to enjoy her part. Wish there is some kind of partial refund - as I don't like to take everything apart to mail it back.
