These were terrible and died on me, received a refund so I am happy.

Output connector required constant lateral pressure to maintain a current. I submitted a complaint to support by email (as suggested by the website) but it was ignored.

I hardly used this product. It no longer charges. I purchased it less than a year ago. I tried charging it slowly 500 mA and fast 2 A at 5 volts and it does not charge.

The LED status light is not working and the unit is not charging on the small 4000mAh unit. Only had it for 6 months.

this unit lasted 5 months, won't charge or hold a charge. Prime Cables informed me it only has a 30 day warranty (so much for confidence in their product) They offered $5.00 towards another one. My bad……will stay away from this reseller. Buyer beware.
