really cheap quality, flashlight doesnt seem to work and the light itself seems to have fallen inside the case. but you get what you pay for

The 4000 mAh battery packs have a very poor build quality. After a week of moderately heavy use, the micro USB input for charging has become loose making it very difficult to recharge the battery. Thankfully I have not run into the same issue on the 16000 mAh batteries yet, although I haven't used those nearly as much...

Functionality is fine, but build quality/quality control is subpar. Ordered 3 and one arrived DOA. S+ sent a replacement, which was also DOA. So 2 out of 4 that I received did not work. Asked for a refund.
