Good price but I feel the height for the release is to low.

Works fine. Although you should be careful while using, as it can also cut the wires as well if you turn it around the cable more than once or twice.

So for I've used the crimpers, boots and plugs. Worked fine for tinkering in the basement but I got what I paid for. The locking mechanism on the crimper was broken when I got it, but beyond that it's worked fine. Feels solid enough but the plastic handles aren't all that snug on the tool so they slide around. I'll probably glue them on someday. The jacks have worked well for me, no issues yet. The boots are really stiff and if you aren't careful they don't let the locking tab on the jacks fully engage so I've had them pull out of devices. I only use them when I absolutely need to.
