Connection fails sometimes. Thought it was charging and found it loose and not connected. I'd order another previously and had no trouble.

not a big fan of these. noticed that the contacts. started to gunk up shortly after using them. better off purchasing amazon basic cables instead.

For the 16000mAh power bank, it does not hold charge for long. From the LEDs, I can see a drop of 1/4 in a week. I have two other 10000mAh power banks from another source/brand that can hold charge without dropping (1/4) for over 2 months.
