          Adapter network port would not work and usb ports freeze every 10 seconds or so. I was promptly refunded, thank you. May have been a faulty unit

            I purchased this product for an HP Elitebook mainly for the RJ-45 Ethernet connection. The connection drops a few times per day, tried to update the USB drivers, no change. Primecables gave me a full refund after a phone call. 5 stars for PrimeCables, 2 stars for the product since the USB ports do work. Also, contrary to what others were saying, it does charge my laptop.
