The backshell on the connectors are too large to engage in my iPhone/Otterbox charging port. I had to modify the backshell and now it works fine. There is no labelling as to which end of the connector is USB-C 3.1 vs USB-c Gen 2 (as if it matters).

jacket isnt as good as some of their other products, headers on each end are also rather large but thats just how they look. work fine as usb c to usb c cables.

Product is ok, but I would not recommend buying from PrimeCable. I bought a two pack of usb c to usb c cable but one of the cables that I received was usb c to usb a. Admittedly I bought to their attention after 30 days, but you figure they'd fix THEIR mistake.

Works ok but the plastic sometimes gets worn and the wires show.

The jack is kinda long. Wish it was a little shorter. Otherwise, good price!
