I actually returned it because it was a wrong order. However, I was highly impressed by the prompt and efficient customer service provided to me.. There was no delay in sending me the return label and promising a refund.

OEM equipment is generally better, not to say generics are not good (especially from 123). The combo drum-toner is a great deal, and hard to pass up. The OEM new product is better, though I wish all the ORM brands would have better pricing. 123 prices are equal and/or often better than other stores.
